Serving up hot new joints one after the other, label habitué Fabian Krooss is back with a vengeance this spring.

Taking his talents to Kotori again, Krooss takes us on a compellingly poetic ride with ‚Time‘. An invitation to „remain present with the moment rather than letting your potentially negative thought spirals and judgements distract you from the good stuff right in front of you“, this new effort finds the German producer blending his unmatched tune-making with a sixth-sense for manufacturing groovy tracks that hold a life-affirming message.

Built around a sample of T-Bone Walker’s Hypin’ Woman Blues, ‚Keep Movin‘ is slo-burning house on a dreamy tip, mixing a „deep, steady rolling bassline with the lightness of sparkly, floaty and harmonious synthlines on top perfectly capturing the message of the track“.

The title-track, ‚Time‘ – a collaboration with Auckland/New Zealand based vocalists Mia Kober & DirdyGerdi, is about „acting rather than complaining, about making things better, rather than watching the world go down“. Through a chiselled piece of sound design moving from appeasing ethereality to sizzling tension, Krooss has us shifting gears, summoning that deep-seated will in us to regain control over our life, to reclaim our time and inhabit it afresh.
